"Marijuana Businesses Persist Despite Warnings"

Ryan Lowther, chair of Farella's Cannabis Industry Group, spoke to the Daily Journal about the impact of Sessions' warning memo and some of the major issues facing marijuana businesses, including banks' unwillingness to deal openly with them.

In the article Mr. Lowther said, "A more immediate effect has been to scare more banks out of the industry, so we've seen an uptick in businesses being turned away by banks."
