Sandra Edwards Admitted Into Product Liability Advisory Council

SAN FRANCISCO, September 19, 2016 – Farella Braun + Martel LLP announces that Partner Sandra A. Edwards has been admitted into the Product Liability Advisory Council as a Sustaining Member.

 

The Product Liability Advisory Council, “PLAC,” is a nonprofit association formed to analyze, understand, and shape the common law of product liability and complex litigation. Its corporate membership is drawn from a broad cross-section of U.S. and international product manufacturing companies, as well as an elite cadre of “by-invitation-only” defense trial and appellate attorneys with deep experience in complex litigation matters.

 

Edwards is the chair of Farella’s Environmental Law Department. A former assistant district attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, she is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience in complex environmental and product liability litigation. Her clients include chemical and agricultural companies, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and developers. She has represented product manufacturers and distributors in individual and class action lawsuits involving a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronic equipment, agricultural chemicals and construction materials.
