December 9, 2021 Announcement

Farella Braun + Martel is pleased to announce that Tony Schoenberg has been appointed to the Bar Association of San Francisco’s (BASF) Board of Directors as of January 1, 2022, for a three-year term.

BASF is a nonprofit voluntary membership organization of attorneys, law students, and legal professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area that provides a collective voice for public advocacy, advances professional growth and education, and attempts to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, and respect in the practice of law. Founded in 1872, BASF enjoys the support of more than 7,500 individuals, law firms, corporate legal departments, and law schools.

The 2022 BASF officers and board members will be installed at the Annual Membership Luncheon on December 16, 2021. Tony’s service with BASF has included chairing the Immigration Task Force and serving on the Litigation Section’s Executive Committee and as a director of the Justice and Diversity Center.

A seasoned and strategic trial lawyer, Tony’s litigation practice focuses on business disputes, real estate litigation, and contractual arbitrations. His clientele consists of a mixture of large technology companies, small private companies, and high-net-worth individuals. Tony chairs Farella’s Business Litigation practice and is responsible for oversight of the firm’s pro bono litigation. Tony earned his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law (1998).
