Tyler Gerking Elected Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel

SAN FRANCISCO, February 5, 2019: Farella Braun + Martel LLP congratulates Partner Tyler C. Gerking on his induction as a Fellow into the prestigious American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC).

Chair of Farella's Insurance Recovery Group, Gerking represents corporate policyholders in complex, high-stakes insurance matters, where he helps clients negotiate favorable terms in the insurance policies they are purchasing, shepherds insurance claims through the claim processes to maximize policy benefits and pursues breach of contract and bad faith claims against insurance companies in litigation, arbitration and mediation settings.

Gerking is named in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Insurance Law and is ranked by Chambers USA in California in the Insurance Policyholder practice area. He is recognized in Benchmark Litigation as a Future Star  He is a board member of the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence and is an executive committee member of the Berkeley Law Alumni Association. Gerking earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2002).
