Who’s Who Legal - Most Highly Regarded Lawyers: Construction 2012

June 12, 2012 Accolades

Three Farella lawyers are recognized among the most highly regarded construction lawyers in 2012 by Who's Who Legal.

Deborah Ballati is one of the 10 highest ranked attorneys on an international list of the most highly regarded individuals. Ballati is “a must for inclusion” according to sources. Working “at the forefront” of construction litigation in the US, Ballati has represented such clients as the University of California, the Port of Oakland and BAE Systems, and compliments her work in this area with a strong focus on insurance coverage.

Of counsel Alan Harris’s disputes experience encompasses commercial and residential property, public infrastructure, waste treatment plants and powerhouses, and sources recommend him for his “superb” work in and out of court.

Charles Sink is a former head of the firm’s complex litigation department and a “go-to” lawyer for construction claims and related matters in the energy and insurance fields.
