Biography
Nicolette Roger has a commercial litigation practice in a wide variety of matters, including class actions, product liability, investigations, bankruptcy, and arbitrations.
She has experience drafting direct and cross-examinations for lay and expert witnesses, motions and appellate briefs, legal memoranda, discovery requests, witness and attorney declarations, notices, subpoenas, and talking points. She has second-chaired numerous depositions of experts, 30(b)(6), and lay witnesses.
Nicolette maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented asylum-seekers and volunteered at a tenants' rights clinic. During law school, she co-chaired the Removal Defense Project and represented individuals in immigration detention during their bond hearings. Nicolette has also represented migrant farmworkers in central California in wage and hour disputes.
