As the cannabis industry grows and farms and farming operations expand, concerns around water use, wastewater discharge, land use, and related nuisance issues, among others, rise as well. Our panel of industry experts and farmers will discuss regulatory issues as they relate to cannabis farms, the challenges of converting row crops for cannabis use, and water and wastewater management. We will also explore the pros and cons of expanding existing operations versus starting new ventures. Discussion includes:
