Farella Adds to Growing Renewable Energy Practice

SAN FRANCISCO, April 11, 2014: Farella Braun + Martel LLP has added Kelly Giddens as an associate to its Business Transactions Group and Renewable Energy & Clean Technologies Group.

 

Giddens’ practice focuses on complex financial and commercial transactions relating to the development, acquisition, disposition and project financing of energy generation facilitates such as utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, commercial rooftop solar PV projects and wind farms.

 

Giddens earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law (2010) and an M.B.A. from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business (2010). She obtained a B.A., with honors, from the University of California, Davis (2005), where she was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa and a Regents Scholar.

 

Giddens joins Farella from Orrick’s San Francisco office.
