Ricky was born and raised in Petaluma, CA, where he and his wife now reside.

Outside of the office, Ricky is always on the move. He loves golfing, spending time with his dog and working on his own construction and development projects in Sonoma County. He enjoys woodworking and when possible, ends his days in his woodshop until late into the evening.

Ricky and his wife love the outdoors. What (sometimes little) spare time they have outside of work, personal projects, and hobbies, they are on adventures like hiking rim-to-rim(-to-rim) at Grand Canyon, camping, and sitting around the nearest bonfire sharing drinks and stories with friends.
