Biography
Shannon Kimball advises investors, boards of directors, executives, and private clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and commercial matters.
She has represented several strategic buyers in acquisitions, investors in cross-border transactions, venture capital firms in early-stage investments and partnership matters, and corporate executives on key commercial contract negotiations. Her clients are in the renewable energy, technology, and consumer products industries. This generalist approach makes her an effective and creative problem solver and she enjoys drafting bespoke agreements to fit her clients’ needs.
Shannon brings particular value to a deal team by being able to connect with clients quickly and identify their most pressing concerns. While seconded to a client’s in-house legal team, she honed her ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to business leads.
She mentors law students as they are navigating the early stages of their careers and serves on Farella’s Learning and Development Committee.
