Jessica Nall was quoted in the Law360 article "Novel Libor Sentence Shows Issues Foreign Defendants Face."

In the article, Jessica said that while foreign defendants do face harsher realities than American defendants in the U.S., it's hard for one-off rulings to have a broader impact.

"Supervision abroad is a relatively cutting-edge concept. I am not sure a lot of judges will accept it, or that the government would support it," she said. "But I do expect that the government will still use the disparate impact as one of the items in their toolkit to leverage cooperation."
