Biography
Jamie Talt represents employers in a variety of matters, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation cases in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Jamie also counsels clients on their employment policies and advises them on new developments in state and federal employment law.
Jamie’s litigation experience also includes representing clients in white collar defense, IP litigation, and general complex business disputes.
Jamie served as a judicial extern to Justice Richard M. Aronson of the California Court of Appeal for the Fourth District and as a legal intern in the Employment & Administrative Mandate Division of the California Attorney General’s Office.
