Alex lives with his wife and daughter in Palo Alto, where they enjoy hiking and exploring the many restaurants and breweries of the Bay Area. Alex has run the New York City Marathon, the Chicago Marathon, and the California International Marathon in Sacramento, and he has been a member of the San Francisco Road Runners Club for many years. He lived in France for one year as a high school student and enjoys practicing his French when he can.
