Alex Roje assists policyholders in maximizing their insurance recovery during complex disputes involving product and environmental liability, Directors and Officers liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), first-party property coverage, crime and fidelity coverage, as well as insurance issues in bankruptcy proceedings.

Alex collaborates with policyholders to negotiate favorable policy terms and provides guidance to corporate boards on insurance coverage and liability matters related to mergers and acquisitions. This includes advice on transactional risk insurance, such as representations and warranties liability and tax indemnity insurance products.

From her Los Angeles base, Alex has significant trial experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.

Alex is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Coverage Counsel. She has served on the board of directors for Public Counsel and previously co-chaired the ABA Directors and Officers Liability Insurance Section.
