SAN FRANCISCO (July 5, 2018): Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Kizan International, Inc. (doing business as Louis Raphael), a leading men’s apparel company based in Brisbane, California, on its sale to the nation’s top selling dress pant brand Haggar Clothing Co.

The deal was announced by Dallas, Texas-based Haggar on April 5, 2018 (link to Haggar announcement).
