Topic Overview:  There has been an uptick in data breaches so it is no surprise that there has also been an uptick in the number of CCPA lawsuits. Similarly, the California OAG has stepped up enforcement of the CCPA. This presentation will explore the arguments raised by parties in CCPA lawsuits. We will also discuss the top violations as identified in some of the CA OAG’s non-compliance notices.
