Alex is highly skilled in complex insurance and commercial litigation matters, representing policyholders in a wide range of disputes involving product and environmental liability, Directors and Officers liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), first-party property coverage, crime and fidelity coverage, and insurance coverage matters arising in bankruptcy proceedings. She also assists policyholders by crafting insurance coverage strategies, developing insurance policies, and providing advice and counseling to corporate boards.

Alex is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). She is ranked in Chambers USA in the California Insurance: Policyholder practice area and recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Insurance Law.
