Northern California legal powerhouse Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that Patrick Loi was named a Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) 2023-2024 Sources of Success Alumni Chair.

Patrick was a member of MCCA’s 2023-2024 Sources of Success (SOS) Program, which brought together 37 diverse and talented attorneys from law firms and corporate legal departments for a 12-month professional development program designed to identify, develop, and promote future leaders. 

In his practice, Patrick helps policyholders maximize their insurance assets. He works with clients and their insurance brokers to negotiate favorable terms to address their unique risks. He also pursues insurance claims, shepherding policyholders through the claim process and, if necessary, pursuing breach of contract and bad faith claims against insurers in litigation. He has helped clients navigate claims and losses from “phishing,” data privacy class actions, securities class actions and investigations, product liability claims, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) claims. Patrick is a member of the Executive Committee for the Insurance Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School (2013).
