Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force

The CREW Network Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force will provide input and insights to assist in accomplishing the established strategic objectives in the CREW Network Strategic Plan. The task force’s work will help advance the organization’s goals to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the membership and leadership.

CREW SF asked our two participants for a few words about why they wanted to participate in the task force

Ashley Breakfield: I was thrilled to see CREW Network create this fantastic task force of really creative, thoughtful, and diverse women. The challenges facing women in commercial real estate are not the same across the board, and each of our members brings unique traits, characteristics, and experiences to the organization. I strongly believe there is always work to be done to ensure that those distinctive aspects are acknowledged and those perspectives are included. The task force looks forward to providing strategies, resources, insights, and perspectives on creating an environment that promotes and prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in our chapters. And I am particularly excited to get more involved in our SF chapter in this and other ways!
