Farella Braun + Martel Advises First Solar on Sale of Campo Verde Solar Project

SAN FRANCISCO, April 23, 2013: Farella Braun + Martel has advised First Solar, Inc. on its sale of the 139-megawatt Campo Verde Solar Project to Southern Company subsidiary Southern Power and Turner Renewable Energy. The project is located on a 1,443-acre site in Imperial County, Calif.
