Farella Braun + Martel Advises Kizan International on Its Sale to Haggar Clothing Co.

SAN FRANCISCO (July 5, 2018): Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Kizan International, Inc. (doing business as Louis Raphael), a leading men’s apparel company based in Brisbane, California, on its sale to the nation’s top selling dress pant brand Haggar Clothing Co.

The deal was announced by Dallas, Texas-based Haggar on April 5, 2018 (link to Haggar announcement).

The Farella team was led by partner Brian P. Donnelly and included senior associate Greg LeSaint, and associates Carolina de Armas and Elizabeth M. Toledo.
