Farella Braun + Martel Named Among 2021 Best Places to Work: #1 Among Large Companies

May 6, 2021 Announcement

Farella Braun + Martel is proud to be named among the 2021 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area and earn a #1 ranking in the large company category (200–499 employees). Published by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal, the list honors Bay Area companies for having created exceptional workplaces that their employees value highly. This is the 15th time Farella has been named a Best Place to Work.

“It is an honor to be the #1 ranked company in the large employer category. I believe Farella goes well beyond being a great law firm for one simple reason—our people,” said managing partner Brian Donnelly. “Over the past year, I’m proud of the flexibility, resiliency, compassion, and courage shown by the entire Farella Family. We pulled together to adapt to our new circumstances, took care of each other, and were there for our clients.”

The Best Places to Work rankings highlight companies in the Bay Area region in five size categories whose employees rate them the highest on such values as fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits offerings, and other amenities as well as management practices. The rankings were determined by Quantum Workplace surveys that went directly to employees.
