May 6, 2010 Accolades

SAN FRANCISCO (May 6, 2010):  Farella Braun + Martel LLP was named one of the "Best Places to Work" in the Bay Area for the sixth consecutive year by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal

Only 125 companies were ranked among five size categories.  Farella Braun + Martel ranked #11 out of the 50 companies in its size category of companies with 101 to 500 employees.  An outstanding achievement, the firm earned the highest score for a law firm in any size category.

"We are delighted with this long standing recognition of our commitment to making Farella Braun + Martel a great place to work," said managing partner Steve Lowenthal. "Embedded in our core values is to provide a rewarding work environment where doors are open and everyone feels as if they are a respected member of the firm."

The rankings were based on employees' responses to a survey evaluating their satisfaction with their workplaces including how happy they were with their work culture, management practices, benefits and overall compensation.
