Farella Environmental Partner Deborah Tellier was a recent speaker at the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources’ 43rd annual spring conference, where she discussed the current state of RCRA regulatory efforts. Tellier noted the she expects to see a substantial amount of work for RCRA legal practitioners for years to come. She outlined a number of longstanding regulatory efforts under RCRA that are coming to fruition.
