Vault Names Farella Among the “Best Law Firms in Northern California” and “Best Midsize Firms to Work For”
Farella Braun + Martel earned 2020 Vault rankings among the “Best Law Firms in Northern California,” “Top 150 Under 150,” and “Best Midsize Firms to Work For.” Additional, Best Midsize Law Firm rankings include placing among the top 20 firms in the areas of Selectivity, Career Outlook, Satisfaction, Compensation, Diversity, Firm Culture, Pro Bono, and Hours.

Vault is a career information website providing employee surveys of top employers, career advice, job listings and career guides to individual industries. The rankings are derived from Vault’s Law Firm Associate Survey, in which associate rate and comment on various aspects of their work life. The rankings were calculated using a formula that weighed the associate ratings across eleven different quality of life categories.
In April, Farella was named one of the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” for the thirteenth time by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
