Vault Ranks Farella Among 2024 Best Midsize Law Firms to Work For
Northern California legal powerhouse Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that for the fourth year in a row, it has ranked highly among Vault’s "Best Midsize Law Firms to Work For" in the United States, placing #7 in the 2023 rankings. The firm was also named among the country's “Top 150 Under 150.”
Farella’s additional top 10 Quality Of Life rankings in the midsize firm category include Firm Culture #7, Technology & Innovation #7, Associate/Partner Relations #7, Career Outlook #8, Transparency #8, Wellness #9, and Hours #10.
The rankings are derived from Vault’s Annual Associate Survey, in which associates were asked to rate their firms on a 1-to-10 scale for each of several quality of life categories.
