Aviva Gilbert, Farella partner and co-chair of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense and Internal Corporate Investigations Group, was quoted in the Corporate Counsel article "As Feds Step Up White-Collar Enforcement, Companies Face Heightened Risks."

In the article, she said that it isn’t just criminal prosecutors who are zeroing in on blockchain. She noted that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission also is strengthening enforcement in that space.
