Ayushi Neogi is an associate in Farella Braun + Martel’s employment practice.

Ayushi’s employment law experience includes defending employers in single-plaintiff actions involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodations, and wage and hour claims.

She has experience with all aspects of litigation, including dispositive motions, written discovery, depositions, and overall defense strategy. She has served as second chair in multiple trials and has set cases up for mediation and early settlement negotiations.  

During law school, Ayushi assisted former employees with their unemployment insurance appeals in front of the Labor Commissioner during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
