Casey Rosen is an insurance recovery associate at Farella Braun + Martel, where she represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and advises them on coverage issues.

Casey has handled a wide range of insurance policies, from standard homeowners’ policies to bespoke insuring agreements for high-value assets, as well as various business-focused policies, such as those insuring directors and officers.

Her experience includes advocating for policyholders at a variety of stages in the claims process. She handles claim tendering under duty to defend policies after policyholders face liability. She advises policyholders during the claims process, communicating and responding to insurers on behalf of the policyholder. Casey’s experience also includes litigating claims that have been wrongfully denied, representing policyholders in court through discovery and dispositive motion practice, as well as through alternative dispute resolution channels.

During law school, Casey was a law clerk for the California Attorney General Office, Land Law Division.
