Biography
Christopher Brown is a member of Farella’s business litigation group and represents clients in complex commercial and business litigation, including corporate contractual and shareholder disputes, product liability matters, and false advertising cases.
Christopher has experience in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, has been a member of numerous trial teams, and has second chaired a recent jury trial. He has drafted a wide range of dispositive, procedural, and evidentiary motions, taken and defended numerous depositions, and regularly appears and argues at court hearings. He also has experience handling both private and court-conducted mediations on behalf of his clients.
Prior to his work at a law firm, Christopher served as a judicial law clerk with the Superior Court of Guam, followed by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable John A. Kazen in the Southern District of Texas.
