Assist Discovery Land Company with Land Use Entitlement

We assisted Discovery Land Company with land use entitlement for the Langtry property in Lake and Napa counties. The project was approved for 400 hotel units in five “boutique” complexes, plus 450 resort units, 1,400 estate villas, and 500 workforce housing bedrooms, which were built over a decade. At the approval hearing, a county supervisor said, “This is the largest land use decision this board will ever make."
