Brief of Amici Curiae Former Senior National Security Officials

A Farella team filed an amicus brief in support of pending litigation (AFSA v. Trump) in federal district court in Washington D.C. on behalf of an illustrious group of former senior national security officials, including former Secretaries of Defense Chuck Hagel and William Perry and former CIA Director Michael Hayden. The brief persuasively conveys the enormous national security risks involved in the dismantling of the United States Agency for International Development, more commonly known as USAID.
