Tamarack Resort

We represented the ownership group in connection with the development of Tamarack Resort in Idaho, a ski and golf resort covering more than 3,000 acres, which includes the development of a new town, extensive ski, golf and other recreational facilities and a variety of residential products.  Our work has involved ownership structuring, capital raising efforts, negotiation of a ground lease with the State of Idaho, entitlements, executive compensation, negotiation and structuring of strategic joint ventures, financing and numerous other development efforts.
