Jasmine Virk’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Her experience includes representing technology companies in breach of contract, trade secret, and copyright infringement disputes.

She has experience with all phases of litigation, from case strategy and discovery to trial preparation and briefing, and has prepared key witnesses for depositions and trial.

While in law school, Jasmine interned with Contra Costa Public Defenders.
