Joe focuses on entity formation and ongoing compliance matters for a wide range of organizations, with particular experience advising tax-exempt charitable organizations under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Before joining Farella, Joe worked at several real estate development and management companies, where he supported real estate acquisitions and vendor contracting.
