Nora Titus is a member of Farella’s intellectual property group. Her practice primarily focuses on representing clients in patent and trademark infringement and trade secret litigation. In addition, she advises technology companies on patent strategy and portfolio management.

Nora has provided guidance on the intellectual property and data privacy aspects of corporate transactions. She has drafted and negotiated data licensing and data user agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and trade secret policies, and conducted IP and data privacy due diligence.

Her matters have involved a range of technologies, including WiFi and cellular, the Internet of Things (IoT), networking, videoconferencing, and security software.
