Federal False Patent Marking Payments to the United States

In tracking patent marking litigation and settlements, we obtained a summary document listing the cases and the payment amounts received by the U.S pursuant to 35 U.S.C 292 during the calendar year 2010 via a FOIA request to John Fargo, Director, Commercial Litigation Branch, US Department of Justice. (The settlement amount is double the payment amount.)
