Biography

Alyssa Netto is a member of Farella Braun + Martel’s Real Estate Industry Group working on both real estate transactions and land use matters.

Prior to law school, Alyssa worked as a regional planner in both current and long-range planning with the County of Los Angeles’ Department of Regional Planning and as an assistant planner for the City of Visalia’s Community Development Department. Also, as a project manager with a land use consulting firm, she facilitated the entitlement process for discretionary and legislative-action planning cases in Los Angeles for real estate development clients. Alyssa was a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners.
