Farella Represents Mission Clean Energy in Financing Deal

Northern California legal powerhouse Farella Braun + Martel advised utility scale renewable energy developer Mission Clean Energy, LLC in connection with private equity firm Wafra Inc.’s acquisition of a controlling interest in Mission Clean Energy.
