San Francisco, August 19, 2019:  Farella Braun + Martel advised the co-founders of Morphe Holdings, a global beauty company, in its partnership with General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm. Owners Summit Partners and Morphe co-founders will retain minority ownership positions. Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jesse Debban and Said Kordestani handled the deal for the Morphe co-founders.

Farella previously represented Morphe in its in partnership with Summit Partners.
