Farella Braun + Martel’s Charles Sink Co-Editor of Construction ADR
SAN FRANCISCO, January 21, 2014 – Farella Braun + Martel LLP Construction Partner Charles Sink is co-editor of the new book Construction ADR published by the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry (Forum). The new book may be the only publication devoted to construction ADR.
The book includes 29 chapters authored by members of the Forum across the country, including chapters on “Types of Arbitration in Construction” and “Consolidation and Joinder” by Sink and “Introduction to Mediation” by Farella Of Counsel Alan Harris and Associate Kelly Matayoshi.
The book’s website will feature updates on alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry.
The ABA Forum on the Construction Industry is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the United States.
