Biography
Kara Rubashkin is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Her experience spans a wide spectrum of subject matters including complex contractual disputes, products liability, and intellectual property litigation.
Kara has experience drafting pleadings, participating in mediations, working with experts, and conducting factual investigations including document review and interviewing witnesses.
Prior to joining Farella, Kara served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marjorie Allard on the Alaska Court of Appeals in Anchorage. During law school, she was an intern at the Department of Justice, Criminal Division in Washington D.C. for the Child Exploitation and Obscenity and Computer Crime and Intellectual Property sections.
