Nathan Anderson’s practice centers on business-related contract disputes. He represents policyholders in insurance litigation matters and other business entities involved in disputes related to interpretation of complex contracts. He also defends products liability disputes.
He is experienced in managing evidentiary aspects of complex litigation up to and through trial. He has overseen document discovery requiring the review and analysis of millions of pages of documents, navigated complicated jurisdictional disputes, and engaged in wide-ranging motion practice. Nathan has both taken and defended depositions, and prepared motions to dismiss for stays and for summary judgment.
He is able to do this while searching out creative approaches to the legal issues each case presents, performing research and analysis with an open mind and attention to potential strategies and arguments. By bringing a combination of flexibility and rigor to his cases, Nathan effectively advocates for his clients’ interests.
During law school, Mr. Anderson served as a legal intern for UCSF and as a legal aid volunteer for the California Asylum Representation Clinic.
