Farella Announces 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinders
Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that Victoria Huang and Jaya Narang have been named 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders. Pathfinders are selected by the leaders at LCLD Member corporations and law firms and have been identified as early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished themselves within their organizations.
Victoria represents clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on patents, trade secrets, and trademarks. Experienced in both defensive and enforcement strategies, she assesses the strength of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets to help technology and wine industry clients protect their intellectual property rights. Her litigation practice spans the federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and arbitration. Additionally, she advises clients on trademark strategies and the strength of their patent portfolios. Victoria earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2020).
Jaya represents employers in single-plaintiff, class, and representative actions with a focus on the technology and consumer products industries. She litigates disputes regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliatory discharge, and wage and hour law in federal and state courts, before administration agencies, and before arbitrators. She also counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including developing employment policies, conducting investigations, overseeing leaves of absence and accommodations, and managing workplace disputes. Jaya earned her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (2017).
The seven-month Pathfinder program allows participants to learn from top leaders in the legal profession and career development experts. It is designed to connect and train high-potential, early-career attorneys with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources. Farella is an active member of LCLD—an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves to creating a diverse U.S. legal profession.
