It is ranked second in the category of 200-499 employees and is one of only six law firms across the Bay Are to make a Best Places to Work list.

The Best Places to Work rankings highlight Bay Area companies whose employees rate them the highest on a number of values, such as fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefit offerings, and management practices. The rankings were determined by surveys that went directly to employees. The survey was administered online through a service provided by research partner Quantum Workplace, which then scores and ranks participants.
