Farella Braun + Martel Reaffirms Commitment to Midsize Mansfield Certification
Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that we are reaffirming our commitment to Midsize Mansfield Certification for the 2024-2025 period, which runs from July 2024 to July 2025. Through the process, Farella recommits to the Mansfield principles of transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing that are required through the recertification process. Farella first completed a rigorous 18-month collaboration with Diversity Lab from September 15, 2021 to March 14, 2023, resulting in the firm earning Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus. The Certification “Plus” status, awarded to only about half of the law firms participating, indicates that a firm met the considerations and transparency requirements and successfully achieved 30% representation of historically underrepresented lawyers (defined to include women, lawyers from underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQIA+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities) in current leadership roles and pathway activities. Farella participated in the Midsize Mansfield Certification process a second time from July 2023 through July 2024. Our results will be announced by Diversity Lab in September.
