The Farella team representing Catalyze was led by business transactions partner David Stoll and associate Shannon Kimball, and included special counsel Michael Ginsburg advising on project contracts, and intellectual property lawyers Daniel Callaway and Nadia Arid who handled the patent portfolio review.
