Ryan Lowther, chair of Farella’s Cannabis Industry practice group, discusses how one of his main tasks for North Bay cannabis companies in regards to processing licenses are compliance hurdles. In the article, Ryan explained that "we're submitting the permits as quickly as possible and following up often with the state. With the passage of the (federal) Farm Bill in 2018 (which lifted the hemp ban), we started working with many clients that are processing help for CBD."
