Farella Braun + Martel Announces 2019 New Partner Elevations

SAN FRANCISCO, January 22, 2019: Farella Braun + Martel LLP is pleased to announce the election of senior associates Quinn Arntsen and Daniel Callaway to the partnership effective January 1, 2019.

Quinn Arntsen represents developers and real estate investors in acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation and joint ventures, financing, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and agricultural real estate. In addition to traditional commercial real estate, Arntsen’s practice focuses on the wine and cannabis industries, where he has advised wine clients on the management, operation, and disposition of several premium vineyard properties and advised cannabis clients on leasing, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Arntsen earned his J.D. at Columbia University School of Law (2009).

Dan Callaway’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation. He has represented clients in Markman hearings, trials, and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His cases have involved patents related to integrated circuit design, storage and networking, power delivery, computer processor and memory design, operating system software, and application software. Callaway earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and worked as a semiconductor engineer before his legal career. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law (2008).
