Farella Assists American Conservatory Theater Acquire Historic Strand Theatre

SAN FRANCISCO (February 29, 2012):  Farella Braun + Martel assisted the American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) in its acquisition and development of the historic Strand Theatre in San Francisco, the latest major step toward the development and revitalization of the Central Market Arts District. The purchase closed on February 28. 

Farella attorneys handled the acquisition and related agreements with design professionals and contractors, formed the new non-profit supporting organization, and are advising on historic and New Markets tax credit.
